Part-timeDescriptionEcentria is seeking second or third year law (2L or 3L) students for part-time law clerk position for up to 20 hours a week to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get hands-on exposure to corporate law in a dynamic environment.Perks of this part-time role include flexible schedules, professional development, growth opportunities, and firm events. This position has the possibility to convert to full-time employment upon graduation and successful completion of the Bar Exam.

Responsibilities
- Work with General Counsel to prepare various agreements, correspondence, and written communication
- Assist with development and continuous review of legal templates
- Manage contracts and other documents
- Assist with training of legal and compliance matters
- Assist with maintenance and administration of contracts and other documents, managing document flow through final execution of documents
- Maintain required files
- Review of various documents
- Research various legal matters and assist with company policies, as needed
- Research and writing
- Other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as directed by Management.
Requirements
- Second or Third Year Law Student
- Previous office experience or internship in a corporate setting a plus
- Excellent written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and vocabulary
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Compensation: $27.00/hour
Work Location:
Hybrid; Position is mostly remote with occasional onsite days in our Northbrook, IL office.
