This is a pivotal role for a data-driven professional passionate about innovation and building scalable systems that support rapid growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the company’s overarching data strategy
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML-based solutions
- Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable data pipelines
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing data engineering team
- Collaborate closely with BI engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to develop impactful data-driven products and features
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in data strategy and AI/ML solution development
- Strong background in data architecture, data governance, and engineering best practices
