Job description
VOXX DEI LLC is looking for a professional & enthusiastic customer service representative who is a team player. This position pays $16.50 -$18.00 per hour based on experience. The work week is 40 hours on-site in our Hauppauge building.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Performs troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions· Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers· Walks the customer through the problem-solving process· Directs unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel· Provides accurate information on products and warranty.· Records events and problems and their resolution in logs· Receives, creates, and escalates tickets· Documents all cases· Follows up and updates customer status and information
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Call center experience required
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and professional
- Must have transportation
