This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in client relationships and campaign delivery, especially in the retail and ecommerce space.You’ll work closely with Affiliates Managers to manage the day-to-day running of client campaigns across various Affiliates platforms and publishers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape actviity, guide reporting, and work directly with clients to bring strategies to life.

What you’ll be doing:
Executing the Affiliates channel across a range of ecommerce clients, including uploading offers to platforms, negotiating and maintaining relationships with partners, coordinating campaign activity, analysing performance, generating reports, and delivering end-of-month summaries.Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIsAssist the Senior Affiliates Manager to develop Pattern’s Affiliates product offering in line with best in class, and setting the standard for best practice implementation across new and emerging channelBe involved in the account management of all Affiliate clientsActively stay up to date with new affiliate trends and platform updatesAssist in preparing new business proposals to showcase our strategic thinking, best practice approach and product offeringWorking closely with the Senior Affiliates Manager on project work, such as audits and strategies
What will I need to thrive in this role?
2-3 years of Performance Marketing implementation in an agency1-2 years of ecommerce implementation across Affiliates channels including account managementA background in developing relationships with both internal and client side stakeholders at various levelsAdvanced knowledge of key platforms: Rakuten, Commission Factory, Impact & GA4Excellent attention to detail, communication skillsExperience with Google Docs/Drive, Excel & Google Analytics
