As a Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect I, you’ll lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions with the goal to make an impact across the federal government. What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, overseeing architecture, custom development, and integrations.
- Architect and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to meet business and technical needs.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging APIs and ETL methodologies for reliable data exchange.
- Guide the development team through requirements gathering, coding, deployment, and code reviews, ensuring best practices in security and maintainability.
- Architect and build interactive community portals and partner/customer platforms using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Design scalable data models, oversee data migration activities, and ensure data quality and governance within Salesforce solutions.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards throughout all architectural and integration work.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align Salesforce architecture and integration initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for architectural decisions, integration patterns, and custom development.
- Stay current with Salesforce and Experience Cloud best practices, new features, and industry trends.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform Developer II (required)
- 7+ years of experience leading technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, including architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrationsDemonstrated experience in:
- Salesforce architecture and platform development
- Apex development, triggers, and custom logic
- Lightning Web Components and Visualforce
- Integration design and implementation (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL)
- Proven ability to architect and manage large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations
SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $167,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
