Must-have Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven or product-oriented environments.
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
- Proven ability to write and manage user stories, define functional requirements, and develop use cases.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
- Strong analytical thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced English level – excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with global stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
