What You’ll Do
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Complete risk adjustment documentation
- Close HEDIS (quality measures) care gaps
- Perform HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding
- Deliver accurate and compliant charting
Must-Haves
- Active California NP license
- 1+ year in Family or Internal Medicine
- Medicare and Medicaid familiarity
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (active)
- Reliable home internet and workspace
