What You’ll Do
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Complete risk adjustment documentation
- Close HEDIS (quality measures) care gaps
- Perform HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding
- Use EMR tools for efficient visit completion
Must-Haves
- Active Indiana NP license
- 1+ year in Family or Internal Medicine
- Enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid
- Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans
- Reliable internet and private workspace
