Data Entry Specialist
About this Job
As a Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence, managing vendor and employee documentation, and maintaining company policies and procedures. This role touches on compliance, and multiple other HR functions, positioning you as a key partner across the organization.We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance legal, regulatory, and operational responsibilities. If you excel at organization, contract oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, this is the role for you.
Objectives of this Role
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all company filings and obligations
- Manage vendor agreements, timelines, and negotiations
- Oversee and maintain company policies, handbooks, and employment documentation
- Support Director of HR with HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and reviewing documentation, as needed
- Partner with leadership on program management and process improvement
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Review NDAs and legal documents for accuracy
- Maintain centralized vendor agreement tracking and monitor renewal timelines
- Negotiate renewals and oversee vendor management
- Work with regulatory partners to ensure compliance with energy filings
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or compliance (degree in communications, law, or related field is preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and collaboration tools (Confluence or Notion)
- Experience reviewing and redlining agreements
- Exposure to HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, policy administration, and employee documentation
