The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Project Management team during all aspects of a project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will manage operational tasks under the direction of operations and project managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.Responsibilities:

  • Manages operational tasks under the direction of managers
  • Leads the project management workflow for assigned projects
  • Data entry of our schedule
  • Setup tracking for our production within our software program
  • Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives
  • Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists with financial tasks, including invoicing, forecasting, expense reports, budgeting, etc
  • Communicate issues, events, performance and progress daily to the Project Manager.
  • Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
  • Reviews accounts payable invoices and confirms correct accounting codes were used.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and handled payment complaints or discrepancies
  • Assign and review invoices for proper accounting codes
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients and team members.
  • Provide support to employees as needed.

Requirements:

  • College degree in engineering, construction management, or business preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar required.
  • 1+ years of related experience in construction/utility fields preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position.
