- Own and deliver revenue across the APJ region, including new customer acquisition, renewals, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Lead complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles and build long-term relationships with strategic customers.
- Recruit, lead, and coach a regional team of Account Executives, working closely with Sales Engineers and Channel partners.
- Execute the regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Channel teams.
- Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Drive growth through partners and represent Cymulate across the APJ market.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading enterprise sales in cybersecurity/software with annual quota of $20M+.
- Experience building and managing regional sales teams in APJ.
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and channel ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
