About the Job
We’re looking for a Field Specialist to help ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience when picking up or dropping off their vehicles. You’ll be the friendly face of Clutch — handling inspections, paperwork, and key exchanges while making sure everything runs on time and to our standards.
What You’ll Do
- Handle vehicle deliveries and pickups safely and on schedule.
- Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic concerns or damage.
- Complete customer paperwork and record notes accurately.
- Communicate clearly with customers about appointments and next steps.
- Answer any questions about their new vehicle and the process.
- Install or transfer license plates when needed.
- Provide friendly, professional service and handle concerns respectfully.
- Help your team with related duties when needed.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G2 driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Able to work 40 hours a week, including one weekend day.
- Willing to travel between Mississauga and Etobicoke locations.
It’s a plus if you have:
- A valid OMVIC License (or are open to getting one — we’ll help).
- Experience with vehicle inspections, delivery, or logistics.
- A genuine interest in cars and great customer service.
