Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department. This is an on-site position located at our Tampa, FL location.How you will contributeAsure’s Sales Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving new business pipeline and revenue growth.

You’ll hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives who generate and qualify leads for all Asure sales teams. This group represents the front line of our sales organization—and the bench for Asure’s future sales stars.You’ll be accountable for building a culture of performance and professional growth, developing scalable outreach strategies, and aligning closely with Marketing and Sales leadership on go-to-market campaigns that fuel company growth. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, hire, and develop top SDR talent—building the next generation of Asure’s sales organization.
  • Lead and manage performance of the SDR team, driving accountability and continuous improvement across all key metrics.
  • Design and execute multi-touch campaigns that combine email, phone, voicemail, and social outreach tailored to target audiences and content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to align messaging, lead flow, and qualification criteria.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, AI-driven sales tools, and a dialer platform to manage workflows, optimize productivity, and enhance prospect engagement.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure SDR effectiveness, campaign conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Coach SDRs on sales fundamentals, including discovery, objection handling, and communication best practices.
  • Foster a growth mindset culture that rewards curiosity, learning, and ambition—creating a strong internal talent pipeline for future sales roles.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.

  • Experience with SaaS solutions is highly preferred.

  • Payroll/HR experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer.

  • Ability to articulate product value proposition.

  • Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a team player.

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft preferred.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to change.

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 depending upon level of experience, OTE of $145,000 and an uncapped commission plan. Benefits
