What You'll Do
- Rapidly test, launch, and measure growth experiments—examples include expert roundtables, mastermind events, newsletters, and community programs for GTM leaders.
- Lead partnership and affiliate marketing—develop and manage affiliate programs, track performance, and optimize for conversion and retention.
- Build community traction across channels like Product Hunt, Reddit, and niche online communities, growing Supademo’s presence and authority in PLG circles.
- Source and manage UGC creators to produce engaging paid content across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram that drives awareness and pipeline.
- Write and distribute engaging content-led growth assets via LinkedIn, YouTube, or Substack, blending psychology and storytelling to position Supademo as a market leader.
- Create video-first content, sharing key product features and learnings on distribution, creative, and messaging strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in growth marketing, community building, content, or partnerships (preferably in B2B SaaS or PLG environments).
- Proven track record running growth experiments with measurable ROI.
- Experience building affiliate programs or influencer/UGC pipelines from scratch.
- Strong writing or video chops with a public voice—e.g., newsletters, thought leadership, or campaigns that built followings.
- Comfort jumping into new tools, channels, and ideas without waiting for a playbook.
- Psychology-minded marketer who understands human motivation and behavior.
