About the Project


Our client is transforming its digital platform into a cloud-first, multi-tenant architecture. The initiative aims to modernize infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and improve scalability and security standards. You will be joining a high-performing engineering team that supports mission-critical applications used globally.

Role Summary


As a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Lead, you will bridge software development and IT operations. You will be responsible for designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable deployments in cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise, working closely with developers, architects, and security teams.

Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and related tools.
  • Collaborate with development and QA to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Monitor, optimize, and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, sharing best practices.
  • Implement observability and monitoring solutions (Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations.

Requirements


Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Software Engineering.
  • Solid experience with Terraform, GitLab Pipelines (or similar), and AWS.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • SQL database management (Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD and IaC tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic).
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with security automation and compliance standards.
