About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with
1–2 years of experience
and a proven startup background (or strong startup mentality). In this role, you’ll be sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires for technical roles while partnering with leadership and hiring managers to refine Kumo’s recruiting processes.This is a unique chance to

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements across engineering, applied AI, product and GTM.
- Source and engage top technical talent (AI/ML, infra, fullstack).
- Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Contribute to building and improving recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
- Represent Kumo’s mission and culture authentically in candidate outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or coordination experience.
- Previous startup experience or demonstrated startup mentality (comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, thrives in fast-moving environments).
- Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, outbound outreach).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for AI/ML and excitement about helping build a technical team from the ground up.
- Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team.
