What you’ll do
- Conduct virtual MSK/spine evaluations
- Manage care through digital platform
- Collaborate with PTs, surgeons, coaches, nutritionists
- Guide conservative and interventional treatment plans
- Refer for injections or surgery when appropriate
- Streamline patient navigation with fewer handoffs
Must-haves
- Board-Certified/Eligible in PM&R
- Eligible for multi-state licenses (AZ, CO, WA, GA, TX ideal)
- Strong background in spine/MSK medicine
- Experience in nonoperative management
- Comfortable with digital health platforms
- U.S. work authorization
Nice to have
- Prior value-based care experience
- Experience leading multidisciplinary care
