As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone supporting Element Three's data-driven approach to client success.
This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic thinking to deliver reliable insights that fuel client growth. You'll work closely with account teams and leadership to transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while building your expertise across multiple analytics platforms and methodologies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented analyst with strong technical skills and a passion for uncovering the stories data tells about marketing performance.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESData Analysis & Reporting
- Execute monthly reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analysis across client accounts
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion optimization opportunities
- Support ad hoc analytical requests, including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and competitive benchmarking
- Ensure data accuracy and quality control across all analytical outputs
- Collaborate with account teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
Technical Implementation & Maintenance
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking across client accounts
- Support data integration projects using platforms like Funnel.io and other ETL tools
- Assist with data pipeline maintenance and troubleshooting
- Conduct audits of existing tracking implementations and recommend optimizations
- Support data validation and quality assurance processes
Client Support & Communication
- Present analytical findings to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Create clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards that highlight key insights
- Support client onboarding processes by establishing tracking and reporting frameworks
- Document analytical methodologies and maintain knowledge-sharing resources
- Collaborate with external analytics contractors and data vendors as needed
Process Development & Documentation
- Contribute to the development of standardized analytical processes and best practices
- Maintain documentation for tracking implementations, data sources, and reporting procedures
- Support the creation of training materials and knowledge base content
- Assist in quality assurance protocol development and implementation
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREDExperience:
- 1-3 years in digital analytics, marketing research, or related analytical roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with multi-platform digital marketing campaigns and performance measurement
- Background working with client-facing teams or in service-oriented environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), including data integration, custom field mapping, and marketing automation workflows
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, including setup, configuration, and reporting
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager for tracking implementation
- Experience with BigQuery or other data warehouse/lake infrastructure
- Strong skills in data visualization platforms (Looker Studio required, Power BI a plus)
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with data integration tools (Funnel.io or similar platforms preferred)
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets
