The Associate Vice President of Product Management, Digital Customer Products will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of customer digital experience and customer platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital products and processes, including provider and patient portals, Epic Aura and system interoperability, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing program execution, and leading a team of product managers to drive innovation and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, User Interface Design, Genetics/Genetic Counseling, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in health-related digital product management or 7 years in digital product management at a genetic testing company.
- At least 5 years in a leadership and/or people management role. Proven experience managing a portfolio of digital products and leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Epic Aura as a platform, and as a customer integration/touch point.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in program management and overseeing large-scale product initiatives.
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management and successful product launches utilizing a structured product development process.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic product roadmap for customer experience and customer platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and EMR integration managers, fostering a high-performance culture and professional growth.
- Oversee program management of multiple product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to optimize product success.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Serve as the primary advocate for our digital products, EMR integrations, and the digital customer experience, engaging with customers, internal stakeholders and executive leadership to drive alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, marketing, and sales to drive product development.
- Collaborate with team of direct reports to deliver: Market research and analysis to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights and company goals.
- Product requirements, features, and specifications based on customer and market needs.
- Product performance and gather feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
- Product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop.
