The OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Pre-Sales Lead to scale a world-class pre-sales function across all regions. This role will be at the forefront of innovation and support the global GTM—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver consistent, high-impact customer experiences. You’ll lead a growing team of pre-sales professionals, standardizing best practices, defining success metrics, and engaging directly in complex opportunities. This is a critical leadership position for someone who can blend technical depth with commercial acumenKey Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Leadership
- Pre-sales strategy: Define, evolve, and execute a consistent, scalable pre-sales approach across all regions.
- Enable regional excellence: Partner with regional sales leaders to support local market needs while ensuring alignment to global standards.
- Drive solution storytelling and value articulation: Ensure the team can clearly communicate business impact through tailored demos, POCs, and solution design.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Hire, coach, and develop pre-sales professionals across key geographies, instilling a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Standardise and scale best practices: Create playbooks, demo libraries, reusable assets, and frameworks that drive repeatable success.
- Partner with Product & Engineering: Provide structured, actionable feedback to influence roadmap decisions and improve product-market fit.
- Own pre-sales KPIs and insights: Define and track key performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates, win/loss reasons, demo effectiveness) to inform strategic improvements.
- Champion innovation and technical excellence: Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the team is equipped with deep product knowledge and competitive insight.
- Lead strategic deal support: Personally engage in high-value or complex opportunities to shape strategy and ensure successful outcomes.
Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a key member of the revenue leadership team, contributing to GTM strategy and execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, Account management and Customer Success
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact of pre-sales activities on pipeline, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical sales leadership
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for partner enablement or channel strategy
- Proven success building and scaling global teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and technical solution selling
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with CRM, sales enablement platforms, and partner portals
