Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within commercial kitchen environments.
- Operate industrial-size dishwashers to ensure all kitchenware meets Boise Centre’s cleanliness standards.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of dish stations for events, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
- Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork in a diverse environment.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-temperature settings.
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification, if not already certified.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
