Position Summary: 


The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the company’s recruiting initiatives while providing support across key HR functions. This role will focus on building and managing a strong talent pipeline, partnering with leaders to meet hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with the HR team to support team initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic talent acquisition expertise with generalist HR support to help drive both organizational growth and a positive employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):


o Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboardingo Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategieso Build and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates through proactive outreacho Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS system (Lever) and manager hiring workflowso Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectivenesso Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and qualityo Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talento Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvemento Deliver a positive, candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring processo Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities

HR & People Operations (Secondary Responsibilities):


o Partner with HR to support onboarding and new-hire orientationo Manage the tracking and reporting of headcount initiativeso Support HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:
