We are looking for an experienced senior QA engineer to oversee our quality assurance process. You will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This will include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports. The Senior QA Engineer will manage the testing processes that our engineering and support teams follow.To ensure success as a senior QA engineer you should have extensive experience with test design and execution, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage.

A top-notch senior QA engineer ensures the smooth running of QA processes and ultimately customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

Design and execute test plans and test cases (both manual and automated) for new and existing product features to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
Meet with the product and development teams to determine quality assurance parameters
Identify, document, and meticulously track defects and bugs
Oversee the drafting and management of test documentation
Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts
Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures
Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market
Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management or relevant field
Previous experience as a QA engineer and leading QA processes
Project management and detail oriented approach to work
High-level analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
