Based in Florida, Advantage Design Group is the nation’s largest provider of online orientations. These orientations welcome millions of Students, Families and New Hires at over 400 Higher Ed Institutions in 46 States, DC and Canada. In 2025 we began our expansion from Higher Ed to the Private Sector. We are seeking a sales manager to build, manage and scale our Private Sector Division. We are passionate about sharing our product with those who need it. We invest in first class marketing, host monthly webinars and attend multiple regional and national trade shows to generate warm leads for our sales force.

We will offer as much training and support as needed. Your earning potential is limitless as you will get a percentage of each dollar your sales team closes, a base salary, and annual bonuses based on your team achieving their sales goals. As Sales Manager, your team also has a subscription to Zoom Info and Microsoft Dynamics. We prefer a tech savvy individual who is also high energy, personable, and can help the team learn how to get more of their deals home faster. Your sales team will also be free to hunt for new opportunities instead of being bogged down with account management, RFPs, and other non-sales activities. You report directly to our CEO, who always puts sales first, and will do all he can to help you win every deal. We will equip you with all the materials and resources necessary to be successful and close sales.

You will also be on the management team and included in all management planning and strategy meetings held off-site quarterly and in-person each Monday. This position offers vast potential growth in a wide-open market, with relatively few competitors vs most other SAAS offerings.

Requirements:


  • Six years of cold calling hunting and closing sales experience

  • Strong approach to coaching your team on how to qualify leads, find the right decision-maker, and generate demo appointments

  • Ability to monitor leads that have been generated to make sure they are being worked

  • Ability to help your team close business & accelerate

  • Quick learner and fast worker

  • Enthusiasm, good work ethic, honesty, and a positive can-do attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated the ability to close large ticket item accounts

  • College Degree

  • Strong people skills

  • Excellent organizational with close attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office experience – Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Experience using Zoom, Zoom Info & Teams a plus
