Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, partnership, and service contracts. Provide legal support on day-to-day business activities, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.Advise internal teams (Sales, HR, Product, etc.) on legal risks and regulatory obligations.Prepare legal documentation related to disciplinary procedures in collaboration with the HR department, ensuring alignment with labor laws and internal policies.Manage and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution processes, including tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and liaising with external counsel.Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the tech industry, including data protection (GDPR/KVKK), intellectual property, and cybersecurity.Assist in corporate governance matters and support internal compliance proceduresDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, partnership, and service contracts. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable university; Preferably licensed to practice law in Turkey, with a strong understanding of Turkish Labor, Commercial, and Contract Law;Preferably holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) or has taken courses in IT Law, Data Protection, or International Business Law;3–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a law firm and/or tech company;Strong command of both written and spoken English;Experience in handling labor law matters, including disciplinary processes and litigation, is a strong plus;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment;Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Living in Izmir.
