We’re looking for an People Intern to join our dynamic People team from
January to June 2026. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR operations in a fast-paced start-up environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining experience in areas including but not limited to employee onboarding, HR systems management, payroll admin, and performance management processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities
- Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
- Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll administration
- Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive
- Good communication skills and a team player mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment
- Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months or more
