Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping the future of motion design at scale. This is a partly technical role requiring a strong understanding of both product strategy and technical systems.As a member of our team, you'll be taking on a high degree of ownership and responsibility. - Own the product vision and strategy for a core product area, setting direction and aligning teams around a long-term roadmap that advances LottieFiles’ mission.
- Drive cross-functional leadership, working closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship products that solve meaningful customer problems at scale.
- Deeply understand users and the market, uncovering insights through data, research, and customer engagement to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Define success metrics and ensure accountability by tracking impact, measuring outcomes, and constantly optimizing for user value and business growth.
- Guide technical discussions and collaborate closely with engineering to make informed trade-offs between scope, speed, and scalability.
- Influence and align stakeholders across leadership and teams by effectively communicating vision, priorities, and progress.
- Mentor and support junior PMs, fostering a culture of user empathy, ownership, and excellence in product practices.
- Shape go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth launches and strong adoption in collaboration with marketing and community teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competition, positioning LottieFiles as the leader in motion design tooling and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, including experience owning and scaling digital products end-to-end.
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven success in developing and executing product strategy that drives measurable business and user impact.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move fluidly between technical details and high-level strategy.
- Excellent communicator—able to clearly convey complex technical and product concepts to designers, engineers, technical artists, and executives alike.
- Experience with agile product management and scaling product practices.
- A track record of mentorship or leadership within product teams.
- Empathy for creators, developers, and end-users, and a passion for building delightful workflows and experiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
