We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Manager


to join our Product team at Brilliant Harvest. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of documents and data across our software ecosystem. You will oversee the operation of our document processing pipeline, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with accuracy and efficiency.  Serving as the team’s library technician by organizing, curating, and maintaining equipment model and metadata libraries to ensure accessibility, version control, and efficient use across projects. In addition, you will lead and support a team of Data Annotators, helping them to ensure consistency and quality in their work.

What You'll Do:


  • Project Management: Plan, track, and execute projects related to document and data processing within the Product team.
  • Process Oversight: Monitor and manage workflows to ensure timely and accurate handling of documents and data.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support a team of Data Annotators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the VP Product and cross-functional teams (engineering, customer success, operations) to align on goals, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure processes meet defined quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on progress, capacity, and outcomes, ensuring transparency across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance productivity.

What You Bring:


  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a software or data-driven environment.
  • Must have an understanding of heavy equipment in agriculture or construction
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, track multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of document and/or data processing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency with development and project management tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, AHA or similar).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with document management, data governance, or content management systems.
