POSITION SUMMARY:
Aprimo’s Professional Services Application Consultant provides customers with our highest levels of system support and services so that customers can make best use of our platform. Our Professional Services Application Consultant provides unmatched knowledge and assistance to help operate, administer, and manage our customer’s Aprimo platform. The role also helps to keep customers’ marketing systems fully functional and up-to-date with regular, proactive monitoring, health checks, and routine maintenance.On a day-to-day basis, the Professional Services Application Consultant will serve as a subject matter and product expert of the Aprimo software to provide an essential support service.
Team members in this role work directly with clients and are expected to exercise sound judgment within defined best practices, and to always engage a client with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Act as the main point of contact for communication between clients and Aprimo for all post-implementation consulting services.
- Manage between 4 and 6 customer accounts.
- Ensure communication is consistent, expectations are managed, and consulting hours are delivered on a monthly basis.
- Activate and configure the different modules within the Aprimo software to align the application to the customer’s requirements
- Serve as the customer-facing Aprimo product expert, providing customers with support and guidance on their live Aprimo platform and work directly with them to resolve any issues, questions and other related matters that arise.
- Understand customer goals and requirements and help guide them to enhance, elaborate and refine the configured solution to drive ongoing value and success back to the customers organization
- Lead solution review sessions with the customer and support their testing and defect resolution
- Assist Aprimo customers to effectively measure business performance using established guidelines and to continually suggest optimizations where necessary
- Provide training/education sessions and ongoing best-practice expertise/advice.
- Contribute to Aprimo Services practice development / Aprimo Global knowledge system
- Attend team calls/product knowledge transfer sessions
- Additional responsibilities and duties as required
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:

- Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience with a focus on software implementation, training, and/or project management is required
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Customer facing experience such as leading customer requirements and design sessions
- Good understanding of database structures
- Understanding of integration mechanisms
- Able to do Quality Assurance testing
- Any previous experience with automated marketing systems, marketing or training will be given additional consideration

- Passing grade on an Aprimo Certification Exam within the first 30 days of employment and must be able to maintain 2 product certifications annually

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
