Compliance Administrator

Primarily responsible for monitoring and enforcing the vehicle parking regulations established by the Board of Directors and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) Additional compliance tours of the community as necessary.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Patrol all areas of the community and record parking compliance notices to residents/guests per the governing documents.
  • Perform compliance tours with Compliance Manager when special projects arise.
  • Report street light outages.
  • Report street sign issues.
  • Other related duties as directed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
  • Ability to utilize computer programs and database systems, including Microsoft Office, internet, and e-mail systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
  • Ability to manage conflict with upset customers in person in a calm and rational manner to diffuse difficult situations.
  • Ability to utilize standard office equipment.  

Physical Demands & Work Environment


  • Available to work 12:00AM-6:00AM
  • Walking and or driving throughout the community.
  • Utilizing a computer and other office equipment.
  • Sitting for long periods.
