As an analyst on the Client Onboarding team at Antares Capital you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding and operational launch of all investment products, funds and entities onto the Antares platform.  The Client Onboarding team is expanding and is ideal for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills, and a strong foundation in finance, who is looking to grow their career with a market leading alternative credit asset manager. This position will report directly to the Vice President of the Client Onboarding team and will interact heavily with Investor Relations, Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, Capital Solutions, Treasury, Operations, IT, Compliance and third-party providers to facilitate a smooth transition from fund inception to daily operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage all aspects of fund implementation, including coordinating the launch of new funds or products onto the Antares platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure all legal, regulatory and operational requirements are met before the fund goes live.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for Antares Capital team members and third-party providers during the investor onboarding, entity creation and fund implementation processes.
  • Coordinate the setup and configuration of funds in various systems such as trading platforms, accounting systems, reporting databases and compliance engines.
  • Develop detailed fund implementation plans, set timelines, assign tasks and ensure teams are aligned so fund launch targets are met.
  • Maintain legal entity databases tracking ownership structures, director/officer information, and related information.
  • Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports on legal entity status and other key legal entity updates.
  • Analyze fund implementation, client onboarding and legal entity lifecycle management processes to help improve scalability, automation and controls.

SKILLS


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in investor relations, operations, finance or related roles with a top-tier asset management firm or U.S. direct lending firm.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products and services, including private credit and direct lending.
  • Experience with fund launches, amendments or operational change management within an asset management firm.
  • Understanding of legal terms and legal documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Collaborative workstyle with demonstrated ability to build strong and effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
