We’re looking for a passionate Prospecting Operations Manager to help us empower our Sales team.
In this role, you’ll be a key connector - aligning prospecting processes, technology and tools as well as being our internal advocate for best practices and help provide prospecting lists to support new sales opportunities. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders and our global RevOps team to turn big ideas into action, with a focus on performance insights, process improvements, and smart use of technology. 🏆
Responsibilities:Â
- Design and own the global prospecting process for 250+ AEs.
- Build and implement scalable workflows and tech stack.
- Conduct operational prospecting work (e.g., build account lists for selected regions, run test campaigns) to quickly demonstrate value.
- Analyze data to identify the most effective prospecting methods and scale them globally.
- Train and support AEs in using processes, tools, and prospecting resources.
- Act as an “internal consultant” to regional sales leaders, adapting processes to local needs where required.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Demand Generation, as well as having a sales orientated mentality.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
- Advanced skills in prospecting tools, data sources, and list building.
- Strong analytical capabilities, paired with pragmatism and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable switching between process design and operational “doer” work.
Nice to Have:
- Background in another fast-growing global SaaS company. It is helpful if you know what good looks like in our industry.
- Experience in an international business setting.
- Experience with prospecting tools, Clay, Outreach, Cognism, Apollo etc.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Speed to impact from pilot projects (lists, campaigns).
- Number of processes successfully scaled from pilot → global standard.
- Pipeline growth attributable to improved prospecting operations.
