Are you passionate about mentoring others, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact in the world of immigration law and global mobility? Envoy is looking for a Client Support Specialist – Supervisor to lead a team of dedicated professionals who support our affiliate law firm in delivering exceptional service to clients navigating immigration processes.

This role is a full-time permanent position and it is 100% working in the office located in Chicago, IL.


As our Client Support Specialist- Supervisor you will be required to: 


  • Coach and mentor a team of Client Support Specialists (CSS), fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example in organizing, prioritizing, and delegating work across legal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members, partnering with the Business Operations Manager to build confident, capable contributors.
  • Champion process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements.
  • Empower your team to manage critical tasks such as scanning, packaging, shipping, and client communications with precision and care.
  • Serve as a resource for clients and internal teams, helping navigate case updates, document intake, and online application support.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 


  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate office setting, ideally in client services or immigration/global mobility.
  • A natural leadership style with a passion for coaching and helping others succeed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy for clients, foreign nationals, and colleagues.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive mindset—always thinking ahead and solving problems before they arise.
  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a computer workstation, use a computer and a monitor, and lift to 25 lbs.

Salary Range: $55,000.00-$75,000.00
