Why We Need You


Olly Olly is seeking a Commissions Analyst to own the data, reporting, and processes behind our commission and variable compensation programs. This role ensures our incentive structures run smoothly — from Sales and Customer Success commissions to Recruiting and Leadership variable pay.You’ll work in close partnership with Revenue Operations, Finance, and the People Division to keep compensation accurate, timely, and transparent. Beyond commissions, you’ll support broader RevOps reporting and analysis needs, helping Olly Olly scale with strong operational foundations.

The Impact You’ll Have


Commission Data Management


  • Own the monthly Sales commissions tracker: duplication, updates, validations, and reconciliations.
  • Calculate and administer existing commission plans for CS teams.
  • Support the construction of emergent commission/bonus plans.
  • Manage structured data models for Sales, CS, Recruiting, Leadership, and Contractor compensation.
  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and People Ops to ensure accuracy of all data inputs.

Reporting & Monitoring


  • Generate and distribute monthly compensation reports across for Senior Leadership Team review.
  • Establish centralized reporting for ongoing month-over-month analysis.
  • Monitor trends, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues before payroll deadlines.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation of all calculations and workflows.

Process Automation & Documentation


  • Build SOPs for all comp workflows to ensure repeatability and clarity.
  • Identify automation/systemization opportunities to reduce manual work and error risk.
  • Continuously improve systems for scalability and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Partnership


  • Work directly with functional department leaders (Sales, CS, Recruiting) to ensure commissions are calculated accurately and reflect team structures.
  • Partner with the People Division on variable pay programs, recruiting incentives, and leadership comp.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to RevOps leadership and other stakeholders.

What We Really Need From You


  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, compensation analytics, or data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain reports and trackers.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

What Would Be Big Pluses


  • Experience with HubSpot or commissions software.
  • Background in high-volume sales environments and commission-based teams.
  • Experience working with offshore/remote global teams in hybrid environments
