PlayOn is looking for a product manager to elevate the fan experience through GoFan — the leading digital ticketing platform for high school events. You’ll own key features across our website and mobile apps, helping schools sell out stadiums, fans find their seats, and communities connect through sports.
This role sits at the intersection of fan experience, revenue growth, and product innovation. You’ll work with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver products that delight fans and empower schools. The Outcomes You’ll Deliver

Frictionless fan journeys:
Ensure fans can buy tickets and access events quickly and easily with seamless checkout and effortless redemption at the gate.

Revenue-driving features:
Own initiatives that drive up ARPU and unlock new revenue models for schools and partners.

Market expansion:
Partner with new customer segments to solve ticketing and venue operations challenges using GoFan technology.

Confident, coordinated releases:
Define and deliver product features with clarity, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders.
In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Translate needs into action. Turn fan feedback, school requests, and market data into well-defined requirements that drive impact.
- Own delivery. Lead features from idea through launch, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are achieved.
- Leverage research for solutioning. Use customer and consumer insights to design effective, valuable solutions that meet real needs and create meaningful outcomes.
- Communicate clearly. Keep teams and stakeholders aligned with concise objectives, requirements, and status updates.
To Thrive In This Role, You Have
- 4+ years of product management experience (bonus if you’ve worked with native apps).
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills — you know how to balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
- Experience working in Agile environments and a track record of delivering outcomes.
- A bias for action, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, GA4) to capture insights and measure product success.
