About the Role
We are seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join our Global Total Rewards team. Inthis role, you will design, implement, and advise on global compensation programs that driveattraction, retention, and engagement of top talent. Operating at the intersection of operations and strategy, you will partner with People Managers & HR teams to scale high-impact Total Rewards programs across our global workforce.This is a mid-senior individual contributor role, requiring deep technical expertise, strongbusiness acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People Managers, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition to develop andadvise on compensation strategies and pay programs.
- Design and recommend compensation structures (base pay, variable pay, equity/long-term incentives) aligned to internal equity and competitive market benchmarks.
- Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and pay positioning strategies toensure competitiveness.
- Support strategic initiatives including job architecture evolution, compensationframeworks for critical talent, and program effectiveness reviews.
- Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity refresh) including budgeting,process design, and execution.
- Monitor global/local regulatory requirements and evolving pay trends (e.g., paytransparency, ESG-linked pay).
- Partner with HR Operations to optimize compensation and benefits modules within
- HRIS platforms (Workday experience preferred).
- Use advanced analytics to assess pay competitiveness, internal equity, and workforceimpact.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Create engaging communication materials that articulate our compensation philosophy,benefits, and wellness programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- (preferred).
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in compensation/total rewards, with exposure toexecutive compensation, incentive design, and global programs.
- Proven experience designing compensation structures, analyzing market data, andscaling processes in high-growth environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for advanced modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience managing global salary and bonus review cycles and participatingin compensation benchmarking surveys.
- Prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms required.
- Familiarity with global job evaluation frameworks (Aon, Mercer, Willis Tower Watson) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-pacedenvironments.
