Role Overview
As Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead, you’ll wear two high-impact hats:
Partnerships Operator – managing due diligence, onboarding, and compliance processes with banks, payments providers, and global strategic partners.Executive Partner – working side-by-side with the CEO and VP of Partnerships to execute key workflows, accelerate decision-making, and ensure Transak moves fast and effectively.You’ll serve as a critical link between external partners and our internal teams including partnerships, product, legal, compliance, and finance, ensuring smooth launches, strong relationships, and sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Partnerships Ops: Own due diligence, onboarding (KYBs), and compliance workflows for global banking, payments, and crypto partners.
- Work Closely with the CEO & VP Partnerships: Support executive decision-making with operational execution, including legal documentation and filings to strategic follow-ups.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across product, legal, compliance, and finance to keep partnership integrations moving smoothly and on time.
- Steward Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain critical company entity records, compliance resources, and internal documentation, ensuring everything is audit-ready.
- Enable Execution at Scale: Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are proactively managed.
- Support Legal & Regulatory Tasks: Assist with filings, notarization, and operational compliance to keep Transak sharp and growth-ready.

- Miami-Based – available to work from our Wynwood office and provide in-person support to the CEO.
