You own the relationship at the highest level, aligning their marketing investment to their business objectives and ensuring every dollar spent drives profitable growth.You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution, partnering closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver full-funnel, omnichannel strategies that perform. You’ll be expected to understand your client’s businesses better than they do — from unit economics and merchandising to contribution margin and cash flow — and to proactively identify opportunities to improve their P&L through marketing.This is a role for someone who thrives on intellectual challenge, builds trust through strategic insight, and isn’t afraid to push clients and teams toward better decisions.Responsibilities:Strategic Growth Partner
- Act as the fractional CMO for your clients — deeply understand their P&L, unit economics, pricing, merchandising, and growth goals to align marketing with business outcomes.
- Develop full-funnel, omnichannel growth strategies across paid social, search, email, influencer, affiliate, and emerging commerce platforms.
- Build proformas, forecasts, and contribution margin models to guide decision-making, manage risk, and measure success.
- Identify and capitalize on data-driven opportunities to increase revenue, upselling services in alignment with client growth objectives.
AI-Forward, Data-Driven Leadership
- Leverage AI-powered tools (measurement, media mix modeling, predictive analytics) to drive insights and efficiency.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities across creative, media buying, and reporting — making adQuadrant and your clients first-movers in the space.
Client Advocacy & Challenger Mindset
- Lead weekly strategy calls and quarterly business reviews that go beyond reporting — challenging assumptions and providing clear recommendations.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively present solutions that drive growth, rather than waiting for a brief.
- Foster long-term, effective partnerships, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of partners' business landscapes and growth potential.
- Advocate for both team and partner success, celebrating achievements and providing essential support and tools.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Partner closely with internal media, creative, and analytics teams to align execution with strategy and financial targets.
- Serve as a critical internal <> external liaison, aligning internal strategies with client needs to ensure exceptional service and mutual success.

Thought Leadership & Industry Insight
- Stay ahead of commerce trends, AI innovation, and platform changes — translating them into actionable strategies for clients.

- Strategic Consultant and Coach: Act as a visionary in identifying and leveraging data-driven growth opportunities, devising tailored solutions, and leading teams toward effective strategy execution.

- Continuous Strategic Improvement: Regularly refine strategies based on comprehensive performance analysis, aligning them with organizational objectives and partners' goals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a client-facing marketing strategy role (agency, consulting, or brand-side growth role).
- Deep omnichannel marketing expertise — Meta, Google, TikTok, search, affiliate, email, influencer.
- Strong financial acumen: comfortable reading a P&L, building proformas, and making decisions based on contribution margin and unit economics.
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth — not just manage campaigns, but influence business outcomes.
- Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools (MMM, predictive audiences, creative automation) or a demonstrated passion for leveraging AI to improve performance.
- Exceptional executive communication skills — able to distill complex data into compelling narratives for C-suite audiences.
- Challenger mindset: intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, thrives on solving complex growth challenges.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, scenario modeling) and strong familiarity with reporting tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, GA4, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
