We want you to Join The Nation!The Agent Sales Leader is a non-licensed role responsible for the communication between the Executive Sales Leadership and Agent LO Team Lead.
Essential Functions:
- Manage Agent LO Team Lead performance, monitor and approve time card and provide frequent feedback.
- Facilitate transactions and monitor quality of service to maximize opportunities to sell products and maintain quality production standards.
- Assist in hiring process andonboarding of new employees.
- Responsible for reviewing team compensation agreements for accuracy and to ensure they align with Sales Leadership vision and profitability goals.
- Deliver clear and consistent feedback to Agent LO Team Leads, Agent LO and Originator Assistants.
- Other duties or projects as necessary.
