The Role
We’re looking for
Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Phoenix (Tempe) team and support operations during the peak season. This role is best suited for someone with pallet-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the stamina to stay active throughout their shift.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
- Check in/out Zebra device for delivery and package scanning.
- Safely operate pallet jacks to move heavy freight for multiple members.
- Lift, pull, and move packages and materials, including 30 lb bags of soil (up to 50 lbs independently, with reasonable accommodation).
- Stay active and on your feet throughout the shift.
- Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.
What You Bring
- Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliability, accountability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks and conditions.
- Preparedness for weather conditions (recommended: extra change of clothes if hot).

Job Details
