Your Mission
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused People Operations Specialist for a 6-month temporary contract to join our People Operations team. This is an entry-level, operational role designed for someone who is eager to learn and grow within People Ops. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of core employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status).
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, letters, and reports.
- Support compliance and policy administration to ensure alignment with company standards and local regulations.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives by coordinating communications, feedback surveys, and engagement activities.
- Partner with the People Ops team on projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/People Operations or related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in HR.
