Responsibilities
- Handle a docket of personal injury cases, often $500K–$3M+.
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep.
- Negotiate settlements and take cases to trial (first or second chair).
- Mentor junior attorneys on peripheral cases where relevant.
Qualifications
- Active CA Bar license.
- 5+ years litigating PI cases.
- Strong track record of settlements and/or trial outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—wants ownership, not just hours.
