We're looking for a highly motivated Automation Specialist to join our team at BizIQ, a leading digital marketing firm. In this role, you will provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers of GoIQ, our CRM product built on the Go High Level CRM platform.  You will guide customers through the initial setup, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform by translating their business needs into automated workflows and sales funnels. Your primary goal is to empower our customers to use GoIQ effectively, helping them achieve their business goals and see the full value of our product.

  • Lead the customer onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, campaigns, sales funnels, and email/SMS sequences that align with customer business processes.
  • Configure and customize GoIQ for new customers, including setting up pipelines, calendars, forms, and custom fields.
  • Provide clear and effective training to customers on how to use the Go High Level platform and GoIQ features to maximize their results.
  • Document and maintain customer-specific configurations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on new customer sales consultations. 
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless handoff and continued customer success.
  • Participate in cross functional projects

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Excels in clear, empathetic communication to build strong client relationships, run discovery, set expectations, and secure decisions/next steps. 
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Quality: Utilizes disciplined problem-solving and attention to detail to diagnose and resolve onboarding/configuration issues and ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes. 
  • Self-Management & Project Delivery: Operates as a self-starter who manages multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizes effectively, meets deadlines, and escalates risks appropriately.

Experience and Education


  • 3+ years Go High Level CRM platform.
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
