OverviewBioLabs is seeking a Temporary Site Coordinator (October '25 to January '26) to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors at our premier co-working lab facility in New York City, NY. Reporting to the Site Director, this customer-facing role supports daily operations, events, and office management to ensure a seamless resident and visitor experience.Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and oversee check-in/reservations.
- Maintain reception, conference rooms, and kitchen areas; manage office supplies and food/beverage program.
- Coordinate package/mail handling and provide basic IT/AV troubleshooting.
- Support new member onboarding and off-boarding.
- Maintain databases, mailing lists, and access systems.
- Assist with event planning, promotion, and execution.
- Respond to site needs and assist with other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
