  • Drive demand creation for both existing customers and new prospects

  • Collaborate with product, regional, and global leaders to understand our offerings

  • Align marketing activities with pipeline goals and regional business objectives

  • Ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns tailored to India and Southeast Asia

  • Develop campaign calendars and coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders

  • Assist with annual regional customer conference promotion and materials

Pipeline Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead metrics, and pipeline contribution

  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to optimize efforts

Content Creation & Localization

  • Create and localize marketing content (emails, ads, landing pages, webinars, etc.)

  • Ensure messaging aligns with regional market nuances

  • Build and deploynurture content

Product & Market Alignment

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand solutions and value propositions

  • Understand ICP demographics, needs, and pain points

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner confidently with regional leaders to align campaigns to business goals

  • Adhere campaigns to company priorities and be able to pivot based on product roadmap

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing

  • Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing best practices

  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and digital marketing channels

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

  • Experience leveraging LLMs for productivity

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Tools & Platforms

  • CRM and Marketing Automation, HubSpot 

  • Google Analytics

  • LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads / Meta Ads

  • Project Management tools, Monday.com

Preferred but not required

  • Experience in the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

  • Graphic design or creative content skills
