As a Laundry Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of linens, garments, and other items used at the hospitals we service. Extra $0.50 for all hours worked between 5pm and 5amOpportunity for Advancement4 – 10hr days/week Overtime AvailableWe offer associates transportation to and from work using our van program that extends from DuBois to Punxsutawney with multiple stops in between.Responsibilities (Training Provided):
- Machine fold linens, garments, and other laundry items.
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure orders are filled by deadlines.
- Adhere to established schedules and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous laundry, warehouse, lawncare, production or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment is a plus.
- Good attendance
- Good physical stamina.
