Uscreen is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps creators and entrepreneurs build and monetize their video businesses. More than 25,000 creators use our all-in-one platform to generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events.We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help scale our go-to-market engine. In this role, you’ll plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, build programs that drive awareness and demand, and collaborate across teams to position Uscreen as the leading platform in our space.What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on target.
- Analyze performance data to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Support content strategy and distribution across channels, including email, paid media, web, and social.
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives, thought leadership, and community engagement.
- Identify new opportunities to scale demand generation and marketing automation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or digital-first businesses.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity and experience integrating AI into marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
