This job is onsite in Annapolis or at one of this client's several other locations within the State of Maryland.
We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of ROW IT systems. This role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with system enhancements, and supporting new system deployments. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating with both technical teams and end users.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in analyzing and improving existing IT systems to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Support the implementation, integration, and testing of new systems.
- Create documentation, user manuals, and training materials to support adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop reports to evaluate proposed upgrades and system performance.

- Experience supporting hardware, software, and network systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
