Falcon Contracting Ltd. is seeking a talented Web Designer to develop and enhance our website. This role involves design and coding to create a visually appealing, user-friendly website. The ideal candidate will be located in Prince George and work on-site at our office.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain websites using WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations).
- Manage hosting and deployments on AWS.
- Maintain DNS configuration using DNS Made Easy.
- Ensure sites are secure, optimized, and perform smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team to translate creative ideas into functional websites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with WordPress or other development.
- Strong knowledge of AWS hosting and infrastructure or similar platforms.
- Experience with DNS Made Easy or similar platforms.
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative and passionate approach to web design.
- Previous experience in construction-related web development is considered an asset.
- Portfolio of past work required for review.
