Job Description:
The Graphic Design Intern will support our Graphic Designer in managing digital and print design projects. Responsibilities include managing and completing assigned projects including editing templates, proofing, QC, exporting, and following naming and filing protocols.
Your time will be spent supporting out Engagement Marketing team personalizing marketing templates for our client schools including swapping out colors, logos, copy, QR codes, URLs, instructions, etc., as well as building images in Figma, and preparing files for production.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least two years of study towards a degree in graphic design.
- Experience with basic design elements, typography, and layout
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Word
- A keen eye for visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate closely with team members
- Experience working in Monday.com a plus
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Basic understanding of branding and the ability to consistently apply multiple brand guidelines across templates and deliverables
- Strong attention to file organization, including following established naming conventions, packaging files correctly, and maintaining a clean, well-structured asset library
